After getting back home from my end-of-2025 holiday travels with @KatinaEatsKilos, I took 2.5 months off to diet and lose weight via Sexification 2026. After celebrating St. Patrick's Day with my family in St. Louis, Missouri, Katina and I headed west so that we could attempt a few huge and delicious food challenges around the Kansas City metro area!! For eating challenge #4 of five, we headed to Mexico Lindo KC Restaurant and Bar in Kansas City on the Missouri side of State Line Road, so we could each attempt their massive 18-Inch-Long "Macho" Burrito Challenge with a very short 15 minute time limit. There are four 10" burrito flour tortillas filled with either chicken and steak or chicken and pulled pork, plus Mexican rice, refried beans, and fries. It comes with lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, plus sour cream, and it is served wet topped with red enchilada sauce and lots of melted shredded cheese. Finish everything within 15 minutes and win the $29.99 "Macho" Burrito meal free plus a sweet T-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame!!
