It is a very interesting film with many good points that are one sided. There are many agreeable things with the one sided story, but the video does not share the other side of view. It is unforgettable of what happened in early America which was beyond horrid. The video shows from then to this present day that there are many aspects of racism that are reworded, yet the same-difference. The media still twists stories for better but seems mostly for the worst. Focusing mostly on black folks as the trouble makers as it was done in early America.
I remember the "Three Strikes rule" first came out. It seemed like a good idea with the right lawyers. But obviously, it was announced as a "mistake"! The thing is-now that we have multi convection inmates released that go do the same crime or worse. The mismanagement of the whole thing was exactly like the world says: "mismanaged". Why? for damn votes for political power. Color folks are used by politicians by using these matters because they know it plays with an emotion that triggers for favors or votes. This is also known as the Aristotle effect: Pathos, Ethos, Logos; know your crowd and play these three "pillars of persuasion" and you will win the crowd over.
I can never cohere "Black Lives Matter" group. I am sure in the beginning it was for a great cause, but over the years it seems to be another statistic of cash grabbers. For instance, 90 million was donated to that BLM and only 33% was used for whatever cause; but the rest of the money?
I am sure there are other better organizations that do the same job.
Nevertheless, it is heartbreaking for the loss of those folks that were victims to these ridiculous circumstances.

These small destinations, did not, in any way, shape or form, allow Blacks to settle there... Logic tells us that ideally a migration like that would leave many families in those towns. A "true" diaspora in a large country of "opportunity" would have allowed many of those towns to begin to reconcile and repair their own country's racism with Blacks included safely in their populations... But now, more than ever, are those small towns in need of the knowledge and history and culture of African Americans....History is so crucial now.

I seen this documentary years ago and was outraged; but in 2026 i have a liltle bit of a different perspective. What if the US has 25% of the worlds impressoned popular because we have law and order. As a Black man I get so frustrated when some not all, but some non-Black people say that Black people hate America and are not patriotic when most Black people love America because they fought & died in nearly every war for this country even though they were still being racially discriminated & disrespected over & over again. Politics aside, these are facts, not feelings. I completely understand that it is hard to believe, but it is not an opinion; it is the truth. They are genuinely committed to opposing the racist system in the United States, and this opposition is not meant to victimize non-white people, attack white people, or destroy America. The goal is to reform the country so that the law is truly equal and fair for everyone, allowing all people to receive true justice. The real problem is the bigoted, corrupt power system. I am not being pessimistic; I am being realistic. The only way forward is for this bigoted, corrupt power system to be corrected so that everyone is treated equally, with no abusive bigotry, no condescending “special treatments,” just true justice for all. Most historically disadvantaged groups do not want revenge; they want equality. When you are accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression.
