23/07/2026 - High pressure drifting away - Morning Weather Forecast UK– Met Office Weather
Video Overview & Insights
Conditions remain mostly fine as high pressure continues to dominate in the west. Thicker clouds and outbreaks of rain and drizzle across northern Scotland and eastern England in the early hours of Thursday morning. Later breaking, leading to sunny and dry spells. This is the Met Office UK weather forecast for the morning of 23/07/2026. Bringing you today's forecast is Clare Nasir.
No mention of the drought in Wales or desperate need for rain across UK, or likely rain amounts from the weak front?! Not helpful!

@LilyWaters-v3bThose sleeves cover a lot of the map while you are pointing to certain areas. They aren't the most appropriate, it's a weather forecast not a fashion show.
