I wish I would have known what you realize when I was a young mommy but it was always work and trying to survive... single mom 14 years. Now they're grown and way smarter than I was frankly. I'm so proud of you Lilly girl and I mean it. I'm going to rewatch because it's never to late for me. And seriously I'm focusing on Jesus, the present not the past. My Dr said I must think of myself. Nurture myself. I'm finding my joy again and creating my beautiful senior apartment the way I love it. I'm so glad to see you. My lupus and mixed connective tissue disease is really being mean to me . Organs and joints ,every joint all suffering with inflammation. Sometimes we all just need to reset, reboot and refresh. As we set on our own paths, we can move closer to our destination but there can be many distractions that may take us off our paths. As we move forward, we learn that you can still stop and appreciate the trees, flowers, never having to leave your path. Take advantage of the views as you travel thru life and be happy.

I'm trying to get out of the survival mode, but my body is still adjusting to the normal me, my body is stocked in fight or flight for 2 years and now on survival mode.
