I’ve had Netflix, YouTube TV and the Disney:Hulu: HBO Max streaming services. None are that great. I really hate how Disney and HBO present trailers, audio narratives and promotional videos as movies. There not a lot of good content. Streaming used to be better.

ouTube TV’s new Sports plan is a letdown: https://www.pcworld.com/article/3065020/youtube-tvs-new-sports-plan-is-a-letdown.html
I might consider Directv but they add a regional sports fee on top of the advertised price making it $20 more expensive.
The teams in my "area" are both over 500 miles away and I have no interest in them.

And I still don't know what would be the easiest (for my wife) package that has most channels without all the sports. Don't watch sports and surely don't like paying a regional sports fee that I now pay with dish (and have in the past with DirecTV). If you consider NASCAR a sport - ok one sport, but when blacked out with Amazon coverage I don't miss it And if I can't DVR it - I don't need it. If it was just me I'd dump all of them and just watch what I can get with my OTA antenna.

YouTube TV has a 21 day free trial. Do you think if I do the trial for the comprehensive package and then wanted the sports package going forward, that I could still get the sports plan for $55 a month first year? Hopefully that makes sense.

I’m only interested in MS NOW, FOOD NETWORK,HGTV mainly along with local channels in DFW networks. Had Sling too expensive for what I watch. Any suggestions.

YTTV doesn't have the Yes network so Yankee fans need to look somewhere else for those Yankee games

I love my You Tube TV Sports package. It's how you started this video. Most of the channels I actually watch are included in just the Sports plan.

About sling and peacock?
@fixagent81I was really interested in the DirecTV MyNews Genre Pack until I discovered it does not include my local CBS station. Weird.
@tedboggs4569I’m back with YTTV and I’m loving it so far
@louiee4837Typical YouTube tv ripoff
@jerryking8475Friendly tv basic 7.99 per month 😮wow
@quesadilla79It's draconian that this is what LIVE TV has become. Greed supersedes access and all channels are behind a paywall.
@davidhunternyc1No option in Sports for UCI Pro Cycling
@pegs_CAReally looking for international football, specifically EPL and Champions League, FA Cup and League Cup. Which it doesn’t look like is included in YT Sports.
@IDisnotscienceMy mom wants an alternative to YouTube TV but idk what to do. She watches a variety of shows and very little sports (mainly Superbowl or whatever).
@itshislastyearI looked I don't see these plans or prices .
@jimmymyre6634HBO 4k movies- 20 bucks- MGM7 4k movies 7- bucks- --------- Would gladly pay a medium price point of $14 for a Movie Channel that offered 4k movies
@FM-qq2kkHulu Live TV just went up again !! My charge was just $95 !! Going back to YTTV next month.
@kraggmanWhat about the IPTV services that are "Legal"? Buddy of mine has it, pays $30 a year for Every Single Channel Available known to man.
@ramonbarajas2813Not sure why Hulu Live doesn’t get more love, I like the channel lineup better than YouTube TV, especially since HL has the History channel and YTTV doesn’t.
@OutOfControlU2I don't like sports also YouTube TV .Do not have anything plan but TV basic plan.Who's got time to watch all in channels.
@leemarvin5794Michael you need to start letting people know that DirecTV is far superior to YouTube TV from an interface perspective, as well as performance. The subscribers numbers drive me crazy because DirecTV is such a better product. Stop signing up for YouTube TV just cause everyone else does!
@Chavo2k6NOTE I have sling, I was looking to get the 3 day pass but found that the wwe event was not available because it didn't provide the unlimited one 3 day pass.
@loupigeonstimeflies8150Hey Michael, what is the most affordable plan that includes ESPN unlimited. Just trying to add this because of the wwe content on special events. I saw 35.99 with hulu and Disney pluss. What do you think is my best option. Pls make a video with your expertise on this thanks.
@loupigeonstimeflies8150I have been with sling for a while now. I still think that's the best value for sports. they have nfl redzone and MLB network and NBA tv and the tennis channel and to me I absolutely have to have the NHL network.
@bb555555552 weeks later still any difference youtube plans...if it launches it should be everybody not just certain customers.... they had enough time to fix everything it should be for all customers
@jonathankuelske3971How do you subscribe only to the new Entertainment Package. I don't see it on their website,or understand Settings in the app.
@davidcarter6375Spectrum has the best they give you everything especially if you have that one gig of service of Internet
@nancybrown9706Spectrum still has the best package especially for people who have their one gig of Internet service
@nancybrown9706Michael how about giving us a video
and your opinion on the new Fox1 ESPN streaming service.
Thank you Michae for all the research. Either you or someone could please help me?
How can I see the plans on YouTube TV? I mean, on their website I can only see the main one. And if I sign in it just prompts me to my profile since I’m already a member.
Step-n-Fetchit must be doing the YoutubeTv rollout😅
@waynewillis8546just buy vcee box
@steveh8472As far as locals , if you have a Roku TV aren't those already free on the Roku chanal ?
@danleach9560This is such a waste of money, calculate it over 30 yrs, $50/mo = $18,000 you will NEVER see. No, thank you.
@aperson1181I'm glad to see plans with no sports included. We only care about our local university football team and have season tickets for that. Now we can save paying for what we don't want.
@MsRene98I had DirectTV Now or whatever it was called years ago as a streaming option and the quality was AWFUL, has it been fixed or improved any since? It was always lagging for me.
@BruhHowDidIGetHereA real newbie here. I just want to watch tennis matches on espn, what option should I choose?
@DS-rf7siYouTube tv is overpriced garbage.
@LifeisshortbySo much of it panders to sports. I do not watch sports on a regular basis so I do not need it on a plan. I would like local and some new channels and really nothing else but that seems to no exists unless you want to pay 50 to 80 dollars per month. I used to hate cable and cut the cable long ago to save money. I now pay more between bundles and add on plans. so I guess I need to just go dark and learn to stop watching TV so much
@rvninnorthcarolina3377What stand alone apps do u use?
@toolkit23Im really out of the loop. Ive had Direct tv for years, no internet, and its $200 a month. Way too much for the amount of tv we watch. So do these steaming package prices include internet or is that a separate bill? I just want what i watch, and sports during football season.
@debbymodd4579What is most important to me is picture quality. None of these reviewers ever mention it!
@bigdaddyps9324Do you ever talk about streaming video and audio quality of these services? That matters to me. If I'm watching something on my 4K home theater setup, I want to have the best quality video and audio. I'm still using Dish Network as my TV provider, because they have it all; 4K channels, and EVERY channel is in Dolby Digital 5.1 or better quality. But, most channels are in 720p or 1080i still, so I would consider switching to streaming TV if the video was at least 1080p and higher, and was in 5.1 sound. I've looked into this for a few services, and they don't list any of this. Even if you chat with their help bot.
Any info you can provide would be helpful! (Future video idea?) Thanks!
There is no best plans. There all high and not worth what you are paying for.
@skydancerforeverI just want to subscribe to YouTube tv so do you have all this crap on? Where do I sign????
@warrior1953I went to cancel my Fubo Sports + New subscription today and found a $40 retention offer waiting for. You're darn right I'll take it for $16!
@tjwakeman8921It is taking them so long to offer the new cheaper plans
