My wife and I were together since high school.. grew up and got married, bought a home, had kids.. we had it all. Then what feels like over night, it was over, we didn’t treat each other right anymore, split up and got our own places.. split time with the kids, but we just couldn’t stay away from each other.. we fell back in to each other within months…but we just couldn’t get back to what it was.. she took her own life last month.. 30 days, today.. I’ve listened to this song like 200 times since then… talk to each other. Be honest. Be vulnerable.. Sometimes, you have it, even when might not feel perfect like it once did..
