Jason was the deed holder before January. Was supposed to close on the house back in December but summit and stone won't send payoff and it's going to court now. Summit and stone and haunted homes llc are trying to own "conjuring house" name and all the rights to the name the "conjuring house"

Ok so I'll be the first to point it out. It was said BOTH Jason and Elton showed interest in the property but Elton paid the debit. That means Elton actually has more sway then he knows. If he paid the debit then he should also have the deed, but that would require proof. Elton has been more of an arrogant ass since getting the Warren Museum, but that had a time limit as well as rules. 5 years is the time for the Museum. Tony made sure that was recorded in one of Elton's videos. He can not move any of that museum anywhere! If he does the agreement for the Museum is null and void. He seems to enjoy pushing himself about but money does not equal power and dominion over jack. Power is knowing the laws, understanding when the lines are drawn and how not to ruffle feathers. Elton needs to cut down on his Ego a bit. Pulling his head out of his rear end might take a bit of added pressure.

People just hate on Elton just a hate on him. Everyone called a bad person or an asshole or whatever if you think he’s an asshole or jerk for playing jokes on his friends or whatever like that, you would not like some other people on trust me the people are worse than him. People play meaner jokes than him and all that. He’s not that bad of a person I mean if you’re obsessed with him, just say that because if you have no rotate on him then why hate on him there’s not talk to anyone. I’m just saying what I believe.

I'll wait to hear Eltons side. Elton has spoken nothing about the conjuring house since the hault of the auction. Jason is very vocal on Social media. Even after firstly stating during the jaqueline stuff he had no interest in buying the home and stated multiple times she was mentally ill and a danger yet somehow got the deed from said dangerous mentally ill person? He had a restraining order on her so how did that happen and wouldn't it be unethical to take advantage of a mentally ill women? And the neighbor could be biased and friends with the Haws since Jason did do some work around the house when his daughter was working there scamming people.

I've spoken with Elton multiple times on Instagram and TikTok.
I've only been doing this for 18 months. Small following of 60k on insta and 13k on YT....Elton has always been a legend to talk with, has always given me the time of day and chop it up, shoot over advice etc. I have nothing Elton would ever benefit from and hes always been nothing but loving and kind.

I am Happy for Jason Congradulations 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 as for Elton I am very disapionted in him looks like He is jealous of Jason Elton should be happy for Jason and what will happen to TCH and how it will be respected again and Elton should not go down the same path as Zak to bad from what it is looking like that might be the way he is headed and that should stop.

@JCARTSARTS do you seriously believe this is factual information regarding Elton castee. May 15th was paracon start. You did a collaboration with overnight and you honestly think Elton is guilty. Its easy to falsely claim something without actual proof. And Jason had a tro against Jacqueline Nunez before but all of a sudden he isn't trying to kill her and she is willing to sell the house without paying off the debt.

That is definitely odd. I've spent years watching Elton grow from being as arrogant as he was to the person he is today. To be fair - I've mostly only seen the videos after editing and in the end, who really, truly knows someone after watching their videos? I've watched his patreon videos (extended and uncut) and even when he had an encounter with police or strangers, he never came off that way. Again - I could be completely biased but that just doesn't sound like the Elton that his viewers know. Yes, he can be arrogant and somewhat thick skulled sometimes, but I would also like to hear from Jason Hawes as much as I'd like to hear from Elton about this situation. Thank you JAYCARTSARTS for bringing more information regarding the conjuring house. I've been watching some of your videos for a while now, especially those of the conjuring house updates and your paranormal videos (reacts and such). I love hearing you speak as unbiased as you can while also maintaining your own opinions. In the end, I hope this was all blown out of proportion on all sides. I would hate to think that I was wrong for so many years. I donated to Jason Hawes GoFundMe for the hope that the conjuring house would someday be affordable enough for me to visit, but I have also loved Elton's haunted videos. I guess I would say that I have much love for both parties and am just hoping that everything ends well. I love the conjuring house and all the history (haunted and otherwise). So I hope that this doesn't turn into another incident like the one we had last year and everything pans out.

I could be totally wrong, but just hearing this from an outer perspective as someone with no bias for/on anyone involved, this neighbor is giving annoying Karen neighbor vibes... 🤷‍♀️ - Sure, if some of the stuff reported on Elton from this person is true than yea theres some things that aren't a great look, but its also all hearsay (from this neighbor and also even Elton if he were to choose to respond and give his version). Its all hearsay; noone can prove what actually happened, was said, the tones of the conversations, ect. So its really just all irrelevant in my opinion 🤷‍♀️

I don't know what neighbors he's talking about. I'm sure the neighbors love Jason because he's actually trying to buy the house to save it not to gain a profit and he's not acting like an arrogant prick about it.
