Holiday for Lovers — Love was the one thing not on the itinerary | The Best Classic Films Series #1080p

I once tried dancing the flamenco in my street. Neighbor called the cops: almost arrested for public intox. Until he heard my ear pods: and he said I needed more practice.
Quite an humorous and enjoyable movie: bought my youth travels and loves.

— @DanoKinng

This lighthearted romantic comedy captures the charm of late-1950s Hollywood, blending travel-postcard scenery with gentle humor and warm emotion. The story unfolds at an easy, unhurried pace, allowing its characters to grow closer through small misunderstandings, shared adventures, and quiet moments of sincerity. Rather than relying on dramatic twists, the film finds its strength in chemistry, witty dialogue, and the simple pleasure of watching romance bloom in unfamiliar surroundings. Its tone is optimistic and graceful, reflecting an era that believed love could arrive by chance and change everything. By the end, it leaves viewers with a soft smile and a comforting reminder that sometimes the best part of a journey is the person you meet along the way.

Hollywood teaching abuse of woman! Discusting!

I´ve never cared for Brazil, bullfighting or romantic comedies. But I loved this film! Thank you so much for uploading 🤩😍🤩

Hi
The Flamenco troupe was fantastic! Especially the singer and the male dancer!
The father made the movie! Everybody else was mediocre!😮

Whatever happened to South America being "the future"? This is certainly sponsored by PanAm and the tourist bureau of Brazil.

Jane Wyman was unique, beautiful, elegant and exquisite. No more like her.

Do all this in a foreign country now you'd get robbed and raped. Fun movie though.

I feel for Mrs Murphy in the beginning , she isn't wrong. No one can live anyone else's life, but watching people throw their lives away when they need help, is a different kettle of fish.Carlos will be a disaster as a husband and father. THe intensity of First love and infatuation fades or blows up it never lasts.

I would’ve enjoyed it more without the bull fighting. That’s a brutal sport.

😮😮😮 10:05 suggests the New York International Airport has grown somewhat in size since 1959. And in the following scene, it's great to see how people dressed up for flying back then. AND the space between seats at 12:50 was MAGNIFICENT!!❤❤❤
