Remembering is always about recall, but before recalling making a general understanding of topic sub titles and function then Dipping into details and developing comprehensive understanding is needed then recall w titles

Something people need to realize is that cognitive strain, the exhausting feeling, is what strengthens long-term memory. That's what study techniques like active recall have, and it's why they're so effective. There's no study technique that'll let you quickly learn and memorize a concept thoroughly without difficulty.

That first point aligns with this quote I heard by a wise man once who said: "Growth comes at the edge of competence." In this case. Growth is you learning and edge of competence is your effort, it's you racking your brain to teach it to learn really learn something new you know. Just a thought.

accidentally started doing this in middle school when i realised i'd left a question which i knew the answer to, 'cause i didnt relate the answer to that question. just memorised it, no thoughts(peak rote learning period) so, i started memorising both at once, like a hashmap, key: question, value: answer. i also had a habit of talking to myself fancily(no friends, yup) so i started making up sub questions to the one i already memorised, and answered in my own words(built understanding). years of this practice enabled me to memorise stuff people take days for, in hours.

Whenever I feel something is difficult, I make sure I look at it not to understand immediately but to tell my brain yeah, I have seen this before then I close the book or open to something I can actually understand at that moment. I do this about a couple of times more until my brain gets comfortable seeing it then I sit to understand it deeply.

I do have a fear of doing all things and get nothing. I saw many men who worked hard and get nothing but disappointment. And me had many experience on this disappointment events. So I found that I fear of that feeling to happen again. Yet I do not want to hold myself from life itself just because there are piece of ** everywhere that will take all of our hardships through the life you are currently living in. I decided to move on. Thank you.

Lucky to have materials on the go.. in our college we don’t get any proper study materials first we have to find materials by youtube lectures.. take notes and then again study which consumes a lot of time
