Found out my ex-wife’s boyfriend was a nut job by doing a background check on him. Got an emergency restraining order and got it in front of the judge. The Judge gave me 80/20 custody with strict stipulations that her boyfriend isn’t to be around five miles of their home when my son goes to visit.

The fact that the judge let that fly in this case is friggin crazy.

Exactly why my teenagers aren’t allowed to touch social media until they become adults. Straight As, student/athletes, and are always engaged in sports, volunteer work, or at the gym. It’s on the parents to set those conditions.

As someone who lives here and has been following the case, the more info I get on her the more disgusted I am. Just this week there was a murder suicide, and last month there was another murder. This place is starting to feel like less small town charm and more large scale crime.

This is so weird. I watched another case where a bf tortured and killed his gf's baby, and he didn't even get arrested yet after 2 years...after confessing breaking the baby's leg, sitting on her, suffocating her, breaking a rib, and giving the baby fetanyl. Even AFTER confessing to what they found in the autopsy they didn't arrest the guy. I was upset after watching it but there was no comment section. I was fuming.

This is almost the exact opposite, since there is no "public" evidence but a lot of people accusing her on feeling. What happened here, about innocent until proven guilty? If there is intel, why isn't there a court date or something.

Based on where in the USA you live, justice and law enforcement seems to behave very differently. If a dumb teen really did it, how did she hide the weapon so effectively, and wouldn't she have some splatter on her clothes somewhere or on her body at least. Otherwise she would need to have taken a shower after the deed and before calling? Like...idk...and why this coffeehouse guy making judgements without any evidence lol.

Like when the kids are away with their father most of the time, isn't it possible they have meth parties in their home? Anyway would be good to see solid evidence and for the case to be processed with it. If the evidence is so damning doesn't this take like 2 days?🤷‍♂️

I know many people grow up with drug addict parents and dont kill them, but when you grow up without the proper attention and guidance this is easily what can manifest! Its crazy to me that we need to have car insurance by law! A drivers license to drive a car! But there's no application, certificate, schooling, class nothing that needs to be done before we just pop kids into this world! Why dont we have to prove that were fit parents before getting pregnant???
