(2) The Mombasa pizza snack is found all over the Arab world. With the Omanis settling Zanzibar, that's how this Arabic snack made it to Mombasa via Zanzibar!

I am from Mombasa Kenya and this does not show our true food culture she may be nice and all that but she doesn't know anything about authentic Mombasa food. This is completely disappointing to watch next time you come plz look for chef Ali mandhry.
