Why listen to this lame real estate guy? Chatt City is not the greatest. Why he doesn't talk about the Monteagle area (cooler air, safer)? Those new Chatt houses shown in the video are really ugly. With today's technology, you can live anywhere on any kind of land setting. Get off the central electricity grid. Capture your own rainwater. @sabermattryx$1 million plus for homes in the nicest areas! ( Northshore ) Public schools are horrible. Liberal politics are becoming stronger as many blue state residents are moving here. And, the property taxes are outrageous . This is the truth š®
@lorismith5369So glad I left years ago at the time I left there was a big exodus to Atlanta It's hard for a lot of people years ago the pay was double here in Atlanta reasonable price luxury apartments low down payment for anyone wanting to buy a home non stop entertainment culture shock Blacks in public office doctors surgeons nurses entertainers HBCs crime yes what state city doesn't have it It has been hard for me because the state of the world the economy inflation health but I would go through all of this than to ever come back a lot of people don't live on signal mountain or look out Soddy Daisy and He is really hyping Chattanooga Up Crime is just as bad as Atlanta homeless shooting some traditional events don't exist I have family that didn't like Atlanta so moved back doing well always let me know what's happening there after Google read all my texts listen to my calls Now I get Chattanooga on my feed

@whitneylee33Idk what yall are talking about. Every 3rd person I meet is from Cali and they're bringing their politics with them. Most jobs are good ole boy system so if you didn't grow up around here good luck. Crime is bad. Shootings all the time out here. Really regret moving here.

@JoHatsu4meTraffic congestion is a nightmare. Road construction canāt keep up with population growth. Shoppingā¦Northgate Mall is a ghost town and Hamilton Place Mall pales in comparison to Cool Springs Mall in Nashville. New, massive and unattractive apartment complexes are springing up everywhere destroying the landscape. Pricing for residential housing options have skyrocketed in the last 5 years. Restaurants are plentiful and many take reservations. We have a beautiful and newly renovated airport. Conservative politics apply. Elementary, Middle and High School educational choices are the best in countryā¦private and pricey but worth every penny. All in all, still a great place to live, educate and raise a family! Good, honest and straightforward video. Our town is as pretty as the video pictures depict!
