Oven Roasted Crispy Chicken Leg Quarters | Easy Time Saving Recipe For Extra Crispy Skin!

Video Overview & Insights

This Oven Roasted Extra Crispy Chicken Leg Quarters requires less than 5 minutes of preparation. Feed many mouths with minimum effort!

I love this! Someone like me who only knows super basic meals. This video helps my chicken taste BOMBTASTIC! I love how you give such a great step by step with reasons on why you do it. I did not know your chicken needs air flow for proper cooking i usually atuff em in there and pray but lifting them off the pan makes them like rotisserie chicken at the store. Winning! 🎉

Watch this video for a step by step easy to follow detailed recipe in English. Thank you very much! :)

***LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

Only MORONS wash their chicken.

— @Gulf_Coaat_Bourbon_Expat

- 4 Chicken Leg Quarters Skin On

- 2 tbsp melted salted butter or olive oil or cooking oil

Than You!

— @ronbarbee3751

- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder

why not put the salt and pepper in with the rest of the rub? Dark meat chicken needs to be taken to 180 to be tender.

— @SandyTalbott-y6i

Every health agency saids do not wash the chicken - you can spread all of the bacteria or make it explode in number. LOOK it up before trying.

— @pantameowmeow.s.1149

- Fresh ground black pepper as needed

- ½ tsp Fresh finely chopped thyme

Single guy here...trying to learn how to cook. I've been watching videos on how to cook these. I'm getting everything from 325 degrees to 450 degrees temp. Anywhere from 25 min. to 1 hour. I'm so confused 😩

— @rockyraccoon3630

-1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

As long as this pandemic persists, most of my recipes would be designed for usually 2 servings as a part of corona ration venture. Moreover, as we all know, the stores are out of stock on many items, i will try my best to use the best possible available ingredients given the scenario. My sincere apologies if your expectations get compromised at any point.

🔥 Disclaimer:

When we say wash the chicken. We just rinse it, nobody has ever used soap. Anyone can't understand this.shouldn't be cooking

Should I go longer for a double batch? Maybe 50 min? I don’t want it to overcook either though!😬

195° internal temp breaks down collagen & makes dark meat more tender. Otherwise nice method 👍

To make the skin crispy pour a thin stream of boiling water on it before anything else, it will shrink, then crisp and shrink more after baking with no need to broil

I enjoyed watching your video and recipe as I'm getting ready to cook 4 leg quarters and want them crispy. I have some OTHER specific seasonings that I will be using but I now have a better understanding on how to get mine crispy so thank you for that. One comment tho, you really should be doing these with out wearing your jewelry. I understand you like what you're wearing BUT...... jewelry should be taken off when doing food prep and cooking.
Thanks again for sharing the video.

I’ve been doing everything from fish, pork chops, chicken legs and now this with the same ingredients
-Garlic powder
-Garlic Salt
-Onion Powder
-Salt/pepper
-Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
-Cayenne Pepper

So no doubt this is gonna be good, thank you🤝🏼
