If you struggle with how to season your food, especially when a recipe says "to Taste" This video is for you.
What if you're seasoning meat itself? Like pork chops?
I will show you 3 of my best seasoning Hacks, a couple of bonus tips and the REAL definition of that pesky phrase "to taste"
* Always Season High!- High altitude equals even distribution.
Gross
*Two fingered Pinch for spices-Have control over potent spices adding two fingered pinches at a time.
*Three Fingered Pinch for Salt-gives control but allows for the use of the dominant flavor enhancer.
Great video thanks!!
Bonus tips: Spice Grinders are Great, but not for salt. You release the volatile oils that create flavor, salt lacks this so a grinder is unnecessary.
Great video, gonna 4 finger pinch the chilli flakes 😋
Season "to taste" means TASTE YOUR FOOD FIRST then adjust!
And now you can use my hacks to get the perfect flavors for you food.
The salt ussualy sticks in food not repel like from the food

@wilheminaboone1107great video thank you!
@ginovulto2585Oh, this is about the TECHNIQUE, not the combinations. You got me.
@fourspacedHi chef. You may also want to mention that while cooking sauces be careful of over-salting because salt concentrates as liquids boil down. Some spices actually lose their flavor over the cooking process. I find this especially true with peppers.
@kenb429Season high, I never knew!
@valerieeclectica647Great tips, thank you!

@phylisiad2979Thanks ma'am!
@Jxs.911That was so helpful! People generaly like my cooking, but a common critiscm I get, is that the seasoning are too overwhelming, with meats in particular. Your explanation is super easy to get and straight to the point, but also the way you speak so cheerful makes it so fun!.
@augustoleal291great. on point
@grrlgd3835Ty!!👍
@Mango56902Excellent video. Thank you.
@Cassandra.theoneThis was straight to the point and very helpful for beginners like me. I’ll cook later and implement these tips. Thanks! I never knew about sprinkling salt from a certain altitude but your visual demo really helps to understand that. I’ll be buying only peppercorn instead of black pepper always cracked moving forward.
@englishwithaltiniThank you Chef EB. I actually googled how to season food properly and your video popped up 😊. Also, can this method be used for meats as well? Thank you again ❤
@chakahill8782Great tips! I am not a good cook. My sisters can naturally throw down in the kitchen but I was not blessed with that gene :D. So I figured I will have to actively LEARN. This video is the first step on my journey. Thanks so much <3
@shawnmckinney5404Wow, I've learnt something!
@ambassadoruzoma338You have the prettiest smile and BTW, thanks for the tips. I always make the mistake of overseasoning because If I can't see the seasoning, i'll assume that I didn't put enough on there. Horrible method, I know. 🤣😏
