Stephanie how come you don't have new videos from 2025 on YouTube
1 Liter of water (4 cups)
2 to 3 Pounds of Diezmillo / Chuck beef
What oil are you using? Avocado??
1/2 white or yellow onion
4 Garlic cloves
Do you take the seeds out of the chiles?
4 bay leaves
4 carrots
How long did you cooked the meat in the crockpot for?
4 to 6 guajillo chiles
1 1/2 Tablespoon chicken bouillon
I have a question I know I rather have authentic spices onions and the rest of the recipes but have you tried birria bomb I had bought some but I think that making it from scratch is a lot better I have not tried those bombs yet which I will try it eventually I was just asking have you tried it and if it's the same
1/4 tsp salt
*if you want a red red broth- add extra guajillo chiles
MINDREADER! That’s EXACTLY what I was wondering- how’s that blender?!! 🍿🔥

Thanks so much for the ‘chili oil’ recipe. THANKS! 👍Much appreciated ❤❤❤
2 tsp black pepper
1/4 ground clove
Love this recipe. I have made it a few times.
Thank you.
2 tsp garlic powder

Ok I made the chili oil again. First time I used knoors bullion and it was way too salty. I missed the fact you used the knoors natural bullion —soooo much better —excellent recipe. Thank you.
For a spicy oil add suggested amount below
10 spicy chiles of choice such as chiltepin, pequin, puya, or Cheyanne

Hi Steph, let me start out saying I’ve tried a few of your recipes and they did not disappoint! Also, I love your channel! I hope you’re able to respond to this msg. I made the chili oil recipe about a month ago and it is absolutely delicious! I noticed that there are two different recipes. There’s the recipe for this video and a slightly different recipe on the website. Same ingredients but different measurements. Just wondering what the difference is?

Good one Cloud what kind of water 😂 that’s funny!
🛑 I'm your host Stephanie and behind the camera, you have my sister Cloud (☁️). I started cooking at 4 years of age. What?! Yes (LOL) I pulled up a chair and my first choice was to fry an egg. I was hungry and that’s all I have to say about that experience. I would like to say I’m completely self-taught in the kitchen, but I have the lovely women in my family to thank. They taught me to honor my ancestors and to make my Mexican Cuisine comfortable for my home. I thank our creator for my curiosity and my never-ending search for the next gastronomic satiation. Cooking is a huge part of my daily life as I prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for my two American Korean/Mexican boys. I know who does that these days? Me, I homeschool my two boys and I’m grateful for every moment spent. ❤️ If you love our spectacular homemade recipes, Please take the time to Subscribe and support our channel. Don't forget to click the bell for notifications. We upload new recipes Sunday- Wednesday. After all, we wouldn't be here without you 😘 Thank you 💕

Happy Mother’s Day sisters. I have made Birria before with a friend from Zacatecas. I only know her 5-6 hour oven method. I’m excited to try your IP recipe today for my big Texas family. Thanks for your great content.

@DebbieCantrell-nn8ppThank you so soooooooo much for all those helpful tips. That spoon one to check the oil, nerve thought of that!!! Awesome. Love this new segment 👏👏👏👏👏👏💖💓💞
@ginarodriguez7773You got my like and sub, love how you explain your steps and why as well as preservation, length of freshness, and freezing. That’s always something I wonder on and to get it all those questions answered in the video is perfection. Thank you so much 🙏🏼❤
@borntolive10Had time to finally make them today because we made street tacos and tostadas. But only remembered until AFTER we ate. I tasted the oil after it cooled and can’t wait to eat with it tmrw.
@meemoua01I have fried Potatoes in this chili oil and also put a spoonful in my refried beans... This is great and so delicious...
@donnapollockU use my ninja blender. The dry oepers are chunky, that's the best I can do
@lisacrosland6103For the chili oil, can I use dried chili arbol for the spiciness?
@meemoua01Let me tell you! I made the pressure cooker recipe two weeks ago and I made this recipe, tonight.. I had to speed it up because we needed to eat! so after an hour, I put the meat and some juice into Insta Pot, for 40 minutes! I took it out and finished the recipe the way it was supposed to be! My husband is Mexican, and I am white, he cannot shut up, about it! we had Birria in Puerto Penasco, and it was very good! He said this is way better!
@christiehugo5233You can also use this spice as a rub or seasoning. Its that good.
@beardzebub6341I use goat.
@xq8152Made this for the 4th time. The recipe is amazing! Everyone loves it. Thank you and Cloud again and again. Happy New Year!
@josaczynI have an 8qt instant pot. What is yours? Do I double all ingredients?
@deliaordonez6545Is there a reason why you don't sear your beef and /or roast your chiles prior to adding to water?
@kerstinkirkland3631Making this right now!I also boil and blend my guajillos, onions, carrot, bay leaves, garlic etc and add it to my ground beef + simmer for a ground beef version. The best too! Cook your ground beef in a frying pan and add the blended guajillos + veggies etc... to your ground beef. Add as much as you like then simmer to let that ground beef soak up that goodness. 👌😋❤
@Rainy78can I make this recipe with a slab of pork ribs?
@gking3828I used the chili oil in my chilaquiles and it was bomb!
@ashleyambriz2325?Do you put the bay leaves in the Blender or toss them away. I'm at this step now so if anyone knows please help!
