@LynKing-z4mGreetings from Southeast Arkansas y'all. Southern soul food is more than mere comfort food, it's Heavenly. If you've never tried chitlans/chitterlings with a beer or a white wine, keep an open mind and enjoy! SUBSCRIBED.
@jeffstowe4860I still love chitlins and hogmaws. From NC.
@eddieroyal8621Man, Let me tell you! You must have some family roots in Louisiana. What you have created here is exactly why the world has embraced Louisiana cooking, and you have turned out an extraordinarily delicious meal. You see, the rice is the building block. I can not imagine eating this meal without rice and cornbread. When I was younger, I could HIDE some of this meal really quick. And the eye appeal is half the goodness. It is beautiful to behold! I am so hungry right now, I'm drooling!
@RufusRyland-n6vLove this video. I can still smell the chitlins cooking. Never bothered me, except when cleaning them. Don’t eat them anymore but I’m not mad at ya!Lol.

@SheCox-cr3wdBesides your expertise as a chef, you should do narrations and voice-overs. Mellifluous voice.
@ted1091I grew up in the Deep South…so we said that if God was good enough to give us the pig, it’s our duty to not waste any part of it.

@AnnieJenkins-j9xCan you help me understand what con pon is? I grew up eating black-eyed peas and cornbread. I always heard the adults talk about Black eyed peas, conpon and grits. I am definitely going to try your Southern fried chicken recipe and also your spare ribs recipe. I have tried repeatedly to cook fried Chicken and spare ribs. They come out edible but not delicious. Please help me ❤😊
@alyciayoung2780Hi there. I just found your videos and I am thrilled to pieces!
@alyciayoung2780Mighty fine meal. One has to respect the history and respect the food. That was a nice piece of ham used in the cornbread. Everything looks delicious. Fix me a plate.
