In this video, you'll practice your Italian listening skills with a short story in slow and natural Italian.
We'll start with some useful vocabulary, then you'll listen to a story about a walk by the sea, some very protective seagulls, and a lesson I learned the hard way! After that, we'll analyze some key expressions and sentence structures together before listening to the story one more time and testing your understanding with a short quiz.
🎧 How this listening practice works:
1. First, learn the key vocabulary.
2. Listen to the story and try to understand the general meaning.
3. Analyze useful expressions and grammar patterns.
4. Listen again without subtitles.
5. Complete the quiz and see how much you remember!
As always, I speak slowly and clearly so you can relax, follow along, and improve your listening without feeling overwhelmed.
This kind of immersive listening practice is especially helpful if:
